The Maryland Foam Alliance is a cooperative of Nerf groups within the Maryland area centered on creating safe and fun environments for members of the Nerfing community both new and old. The Maryland Foam Alliance consists of the Southern Maryland House of Nerf LLC in La Plata, the Maryland Nerf Herders in Severn, and the DMV Nerfers in Gaithersburg. Each group offers something unique to our players with a variety of age ranges and play styles.

 

Our events are broken down into multiple rounds lasting between 5 and 15 minutes, where we play a variety of different elimination and objective based game types. Our admins will take the field with our players to encourage their teams to have fun as they play the objective of the current round.

 

For the 2023 event season, tickets are 13 dollars online or 15 dollars at the event for general admission. These prices allow us to cover costs of hosting, including venue and equipment such as provided darts, cover, and objectives used in gameplay. In order to keep these prices as low as possible, we also accept donations, both monetary and equipment such as darts.
